Join our STAA Trek – The Next Generation Autumn Walk
Saturday 24th September 2016, 10.30am
The walk will be led by Captain Paul Freeborough
Follow old paths across Coppice Park up onto Caunton Avenue, Thyra Grove, Woodborough Road, Dagmar Grove and The Crescent, before turning into Sycamore Park and the western entrance of the Allotments. The culmination of the STAA-Trek will be a heritage and wildlife tour of Nottingham’s unique detached Victorian Gardens – St Anns Allotments.
All STAA-Trekkies should be aware that the walk will include a number of steep hills and will take approximately 3 hours to complete. Comfortable walking boots/shoes, long trousers and a bottle of water are recommended. Bring a picnic lunch!
