Growing to Grow is a National Lottery funded project that makes allotment gardening and food growing accessible to all.
We’ve created productive growing spaces suitable for those with less mobility as well as areas that reflect the wider site conditions to nurture a love of horticulture and gardening for groups and local residents alike.
Our twice weekly volunteer sessions provide a range of learning opportunities, build social connections as well as producing fresh organic produce that is directed back to local projects and social cafes.
Local groups have the opportunity of working together on a small area of their own with support from our horticulture project worker.
